The constitutional and international legitimacy of the Canadian lawyer as Canada’s only recognized federal, provincial and municipal leader became even more established when another coalition partner – and a member of Her Majesty’s Government and the Commonwealth – extended an invitation for him to meet with the British Prime Minister.
After the United States President* and the German Chancellor** extended an invitation to meet with them, the British leader did the same. The communiqué was delivered during the beginning of Prime Minister’s Question Time on October 28, 2009. The lexicon was timed to create a Sorkin China identifier and Taylor Identifier and otherwise scripted to be employed*** as follows:
